It is not often that a world renowned and uber talented pastry chef gets to come to the Philippines. This is the first for Master Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour to visit Manila and show his expertise in pastry making to the Philippine audience.
Chef Bachour has thousands of fans in the Philippines and on September 10 his avid followers will get the chance to see the master at work – in person. He will be showing how he makes his famous entremets, petits gâteaux, tarts, and verrines from scratch. Equally exciting will be the demonstration on how he creates his works-of-art chocolate bonbons using his cutting edge and exclusive Bonbons custom moulds from Pavoni Italia.
Chef Antonio and his students will be using professional pastry equipment KreaSwiss for his spray gun and spray box, chocolate tempering machine of ChocoVision, food processor of HotmixPro – all provided by Sweetlink, Inc.
Only premium ingredients will be used by Chef Antonio and all the attendees of his classes; such as fine French butter and dairy from Elle & Vire Philippines. Premiere French chocolate Valrhona will be provided by Classic Fine Foods Philippines.
This will happen at the Bachour in Manila 2017 official event venue: Greenfield District Showroom, Greenfield District, Shaw Blvd. corner Mayflower St., Mandaluyong City.
